Summary: Primarily used for dyeing polyester webbing, polyester-cotton blends, and other materials. High temperatures between 165℃ and 220℃ allow the disperse dyes to fully penetrate the fabric.

Common applications of high-temperature continuous dyeing machines include:

1. Dyeing of polyester and blended fabrics
Mainly used for dyeing polyester tapes, polyester-cotton blends, and other materials. Disperse dyes are fully penetrated through a high-temperature environment of 165℃-220℃.

2. Automotive interior manufacturing
Suitable for dyeing automotive seat leather, interior fabrics, and other materials, ensuring color matching with the overall vehicle design and meeting wear resistance requirements.

3. Processing of special fibers and high-grade fabrics
Including Modal fiber, Tencel blended fabrics, microfiber, and hemp fiber, etc. Uniform dyeing can be achieved under low tension conditions, ensuring fabric feel and fullness.

4. Industrial webbing production
Efficiently processes nylon and polyester industrial webbing, supporting continuous synchronous dyeing of multiple webbings to improve production efficiency.

5. Functional textile processing
Used for pre-treatment scouring, bleaching, and alkali reduction processes, also applicable to special finishing processes such as the original fiberization of Lyocell fibers.

Note: High-temperature continuous dyeing machines meet the dyeing needs of different materials through high temperature and pressure (above 140℃) and continuous operation. Their energy-saving design (such as heat recovery) further adapts to large-scale industrial production.
