High-Temperature Dyeing and Setting Machine Series

This series of machines is specially designed for dyeing and setting in one step elastic nylon tapes, ribbons, trademark tapes, and velvet tapes produced by manufacturers. It cleans and removes oil stains from the tapes, dyes, sizes, and sets them in one process, saving a significant amount of process transfer time. The equipment is equipped with an infrared preheating box that preheats the webbing, allowing the color to penetrate deeply into the webbing. The temperature adjustment range is between 100°C and 200°C. The high-temperature box is made entirely of stainless steel, equipped with steam heating and electric heating, easily reaching around 200°C. The color fastness of the webbing is excellent, and the dyeing effect is better.

Horizontal Cross-Dyeing and Setting Machine

Mainly used for dyeing special ribbons such as velvet ribbons and hook-and-loop tapes.
